Soon there will be a marketplace for everyone, every artist, and every creative based on the Solana blockchain. The NFT market is indeed on a massive upswing and even Facebook has changed its name, marking a giant adoption of the metaverse. The way creatives gain their following and make their living will indeed change in the future and marketplaces like Exchange.art is going to be crucial to building that new future for all involved.

There Is A Vision

The main vision of Exchange is to accelerate the adoption of the blockchain in everyday life, they want to create the most compelling creator and marketplace experience. The belief is that all creatives should be able to fully reach their intended audience and that collectors should be able to make meaningful connections to those that create the work they are fond of.

No Competition

Exchange has decided to embrace other launchpads instead of competing with them. A launchpad is a platform that helps people find new projects before they become mainstream, thus allowing for early investment or purchase. This is a novel idea in that it will only serve to help build the portfolio and offer more exposure to creatives and those trying to find said creatives. Currently, upon looking on their Twitter they have announced a partnership with SYNAPSES and are definitely looking to cooperate with more launchpads in the future.

Art Is Everything

The main focus, for now, is of course art as you can tell with the “.art” extension for their website and name and there, of course, will be many types of art offered and showcased. The group has a new collab daily highlighted on their Twitter. NFTs, AI art, and more are going to be found on the website. A lot of major NFT projects are also planned for the debut of Exchange, which is on October 31, 2021.

Brands over Collections

The founder of Exchange has expressed an interest in focusing on “brands” instead of “collections,” the main focus being on brand cohesion. There will be NFT projects such as Lit Jesus, Red Panda, Squad, Boneworld, Pesky Penguin Club, Solana Monkey Business, Turtles, and more. There will be more projects in the future for sure but only those that have developed a proper brand will be the focus of the marketplace at Exchange.

Pain Point

One major pain point is a marketplace that is not live, meaning that the updates to the sales or purchases of items are not up to date. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to purchase something only to have it already have been bought and you unaware. The process at Exchange will be done in real-time meaning the “Buy Now” button on each item will disappear as soon as the piece is bought , thus helping all potential buyers know exactly what is going on with the art.

Super Speed

The art economy is always a thriving and busy economy couple that with the immense growth of the blockchain and you have something truly special. Exchange plans to tap into that and use that to create a marketplace that is truly unique, special, and beneficial to all involved.
