The preview was given during a recent Binance Live AMA that was on the 22nd of November.
The Floki team outreach specialist who goes by the pseudonym Cobra Kai spoke on the game stating “It will allow player-to-player (p2p) and play-to-earn once it is on the mainnet.” Cobra Kai also went on to say “We have a live ALPHA,I was playing earlier, it is open for everyone to play
and it is really exciting. Cobra Kai went on to say that the game has already seen over 40,000 transactions as the test game features gameplay that allows users to explore the metaverse and battle with friends.
Kai continued to speak on how the game will push new boundaries and explore aspects that have yet to be explored in a web3 environment. There will be clans that can be up to 30 players, individual territory raiding, resource farming, collection of pets, and more all on the blockchain.
Finally, the game will sport P2E NFT mechanics that are A-level and involve upgradeability. The Floki Vikings that were minted before, at around 10,000 pieces, were sold out in 32 minutes and raised $1.4 million which was consequently donated to the Million Gardens Movement
The Valhalla Battle Arena Alpha Testnet has many features to give players. The alpha allows players to utilize the “Bear Vera” and the “Hat Vera” which will move on a battlefield and participate in intense gameplay on the blockchain. The game is meant to be competitive and tactical.The moves are not just click and hit but instead are location-based with each characters having at least 5 abilities to use and runes that will be used to play with specific abilities.
The Clan system will have a leaderboard, additional Vera, abilities, runes, and personalities.
