Dimension X Inc. plans to make metaverse creation easier for the masses. The company has just closed a pre-seed round of funding for $600,000 for Startup Ignition Ventures (SIV).
The metaverse is an opportunity for many that want to get involved. There are new ways to train, educate, design, entertain and share with the metaverse. The process of creating a metaverse will eventually be made easier for the masses with Dimension X. The plan is to make creating a metaverse project just as simple as how making a website with WordPress is. Dimension X wants to revolutionize experiences and immersive creations, making the technology accessible to millions of creators.
Dimension X CEO Scott Robertson spoke on how the company has created a metaverse creator platform that makes the process more streamlined and simpler. Creators and storytellers will be able to build experiences that are engaging with simple drag and drop technology and they will be able to have significant efficiency with API’s pushing the limits of the experiences they create.
The funding gained will be used to hire a team of developers, create the platform, and gather and train supporters for the community. Dimension X has a history of creating immersive experiences for commercial clientele such as simulation software that has been used by Christa McAuliffe Space Center and Telos University. The company developed flight simulation software for the Flight School Manager platform of Random Aviation and they have contributed to a LiDAR experience that uses the technology to generate real-time-editable 3D digitally twins.
