IMG to have exclusive global licensing representative rights.
Okay Bears is a successful PFP project of 10,000 different bears that launched on Solana earlier this year. The project made $18 million in sales within 24 hours of its launch back in April making significant history on the Solana blockchain. Recently the Okay Bears team inked a deal with global entertainment leader IMG with plans to launch consumer products and experiences.
IMG will be the exclusive global licensing representative for the project. In the beginning of the project the team of Okay bears, consisting of graphic designer Kais and former engineer Suby, promised their community merchandise, live events, and collaborations with brands, the slogan for the project was “We’re all gonna be okay.”
The president of licensing at IMG, Bruno Maglione, stated that the brand message and values of the collection and community will be the focus of future creative collaborations and products involving the bears.

IMG is one of the biggest names in IP, the company is known as a monster that deals with product branding licensing all over the world. The agency has merged with Endeavor ( previously WME) which has been called the biggest talent agency in the world.
The deal between IMG and Okay Bears is very beneficial in that projects like Okay Bears can benefit from companies that want to use the art towards merchandising and other events and products. Having a powerhouse company like IMG enables the Okay Bears team to fully make good on the promises they gave their community.
